Credentials and scope

Matthew Trujillo is a California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP). He is not represented on this site as a certified public accountant, enrolled agent, or attorney. Preparation, advisory, and any representation services are subject to the professional’s actual qualifications, authority, and the written engagement scope. A CRTP designation does not by itself authorize unlimited representation before the IRS.

Returns and results

Tax treatment depends on the facts, documentation, and applicable law. We do not guarantee a refund, particular outcome, processing time, or agency acceptance. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing returns, and authorizing filing. Our scope and each party’s responsibilities will be described in the engagement documents.

Deadlines and representation

Contacting us or booking an appointment does not create an engagement, extend a deadline, file a return, or authorize representation. Discuss urgent deadlines promptly and confirm any requested filing, extension, or representation in writing.
