Document Safety

Updated October 27, 2026

Tax and financial records often include sensitive personal and financial information. We use a client portal to exchange documents for accepted engagements. Contact us if you need help accessing the portal or arranging another appropriate method.

Do not include sensitive details in an inquiry

Do not put Social Security or taxpayer identification numbers, tax returns, account numbers, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive financial information in ordinary email, website addresses, or Google Calendar booking descriptions.

Use the client portal

Existing clients can sign in through the TaxDome client portal. New clients may use the portal’s sign-up option. Follow the firm’s onboarding instructions and verify the destination before uploading. Protect your account with a strong unique password and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

If information was sent by mistake

Contact us promptly at 916-291-5270 or services@trujillotaxco.com. Do not repeat the sensitive details in your message. No electronic method can be guaranteed free from all risk.
